Appointment Cancellation Policy

To maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. We strive to accommodate all of our clients, but please note that due to time constraints, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late to your appointment, it will be considered a late cancellation. Thank you for understanding, we look forward to helping you achieve your beauty goals!
