    We work within your goal and tolerance—using a 1–10 scale to find the sweet spot.

    What should I wear?

    Undress to your comfort level; you’ll be professionally draped at all times.

    Can I work out afterward?

    Light movement is fine. If you had deep tissue, avoid max-effort training until tomorrow and work hard with hydration to flush your system.

    How often should I come in?

    Every 2–4 weeks for training support; every 4–6 weeks for maintenance.
