What are the membership prices?
Gold is $99 per month, Platinum is $149 per month, and Diamond is $249 per month.

Do credits roll over or expire?
Credits never expire and roll over automatically across all tiers.

How do service and retail savings work?
Gold members save 5%, Platinum members save 7%, and Diamond members save 10% on eligible spa and med spa services and retail. Injectables discounts are Diamond only.

Do members get discounts on Botox or filler?
Diamond includes 10% off injectables. Gold and Platinum do not include injectables discounts, but they still receive their tier’s service and retail savings on eligible items.

What upgrades are included for Head Spa, facials, and massage?
Head spa: Gold has member pricing; Platinum and Diamond include a scalp massage upgrade.
Massage and bodywork: Gold has member pricing; Platinum adds complimentary cupping or hot stones; Diamond adds complimentary cupping, hot stones, or CBD.
Facials and DiamondGlow: Gold has member pricing; Platinum includes complimentary gua sha or extra extractions; Diamond includes complimentary gua sha, extra extractions, or 30% off dermaplane.

Can I share my membership with a family member?
Sharing is available for Diamond members only and can be shared with one family member in the same household.

Can I pause my membership?
Diamond members can pause their membership for up to 2 months.

Are birthday perks included?
Birthday perks are included for Platinum and Diamond members. Gold does not include birthday perks.

Am I eligible for a Balancing Account?
Balancing Accounts are available for Diamond members.

What is the minimum commitment?
All memberships require a 6 month minimum with a 14 day cancellation notice.
