What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule 48+ hrs in advance: No charge.
Less than 48 hrs: 50% service charge (credited if rescheduled within 14 days).
No-shows: 100% charge.
Note: 18% gratuity is automatically added to group appointments and services over $500 (excluding injectables/fillers).

Treatment Prep & Aftercare
What should I do before injectables?
Avoid blood thinners and alcohol for 24 hrs, skip intense workouts, arrive with clean skin, and share medications/allergies. (injectables FAQ Austin)
Injectables aftercare
Botox/Dysport/Daxxify: Stay upright 4 hrs; no rubbing/massaging; avoid heat/exercise 24 hrs.
Fillers: Avoid pressure; minimize alcohol/exercise 48 hrs; cool compress as needed.
Facial/peel aftercare
Avoid sun/heat 24 hrs; skip makeup the day of; use gentle skincare 2–3 days. Bring your DiamondGlow facial questions to your next visit for personalized guidance.
Policies & Payments

Returns & refunds
